I have two 2-in-1 laptops (with pressure sensitive styli)

1) Lenovo 500w gen3 (with ELAN Active digitizer)
2) Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 (With Wacom EMR 2.0 digitizer)

The pressure on both works fine in native applications, and by the debug output
seems to be at least partially detected by wine, but I don't get pressure
reporting in any programs I've tried.

I'm attaching WINEDEBUG=+wintab32 debug logs for gimp 3.0.6 (official gimp.org
installer) and wtcapt.exe (a tablet debugging program published by wacom)

Wine version is 11.0-rc4 from the official WineHQ PPA
