Not sure how Wine would cause that. http://forums.bigfishgames.com/posts/list/101782.page suggests installing Shockwave Player 8.5 may have helped a different game with that error. I don't know why they do things like that. If the program works better with a new version, one should leave the other ways as an archive entry...
