[Bug 14345] New: Clickable text doesn't appear on Garmin Mobile PC installation screen
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14345 Summary: Clickable text doesn't appear on Garmin Mobile PC installation screen Product: Wine Version: 1.0.0 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: dcovert(a)comcast.net Created an attachment (id=14643) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=14643) winedbg stack trace after splash screen appears, and process is qiuet. I am running wine 1.0 on an eee pc. Wine installs fine, and I can run notepad and explorer. I am trying to install Garmin Mobile PC. on a 'real' pc, a splash screen appears, then some clickable text (Install Exit) in Wine, the splash screen shows up, but no more text, then everything is quiet. Running this in winedbg, shows the application has made a call to GetMessageW, as if it were waiting for me to click. I have probed the splash screen, but can't find the active area. I realize that this is not 'the most current version' I considered 'making sure that the libraries were up to date' - the eee pc is a Xandros release, (Debian based). Running apt-get build-dev wine suggests that I'll need to install 64 updates, which worries me a bit. I ran StraceNT while starting on a real pc, I can attach this if you want, but it does not appear to be interesting. the winedbg stack trace appears similarly uninteresting, but I've attached it. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
