Does that key exist? If not, try making it.
No, the key doesn't exist, and if I create this entry, it doesn't help. On Windows Vista the 'options' key is present. There's also one more key that is not available in Wine; 'WizardIcon'. Maybe it's an issue with the installer which couldn't create these keys in Wine? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

Potentially. Try (backing up, then) deleting that key on windows and see if VideoSelector.exe will recreate the key. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

I've deleted both 'options' and 'WizardIcon' keys on Windows Vista. VideoSelector.exe doesn't recreate them, and it doesn't report their absence. I've attatched +reg,+reley for the installer.

There's no evidence this is a registry bug. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I guess you're right. But it has something to do with registry keys... Or maybe these registry keys are just affected by the bug. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
