[Bug 11524] New: Winecfg dialog is too large

When you configure Wine to emulate a virtual desktop, the size is 640x480 by default and this cuts off the dialog so you can't Ok/Cancel and reach all the settings. Also on Mobile devices/UMPC's this is a problem.
