Turning on +vxd shows that the NtDeviceIoControlFile
call comes from DeviceIoControl:

trace:vxd:DeviceIoControl

Anyone know what that particular call is trying to do?
(It's a bit tedious to track down the values from
<winioctl.h>... yeah, I know I should...)
