I have been using Sketchup 8 for some time with only one issue (print gives black screen). I has some updates installed and now Sketchup doesn't work at all. When I try to start it I get a message: The program Sketchup.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
