I'd say the far more obviously missing (and arguably useful) feature in that dialog is 'Go up a directory' button...

Sorry, I didn't notice the screenshot, we are missing the up button for the common item dialog (but not for the old open file dialog). I wanted to add that it would be very useful to also add the "new folder" function to the right-click dropdown because it is very useful when saving files with productivity programs, however every time I have to go and create a new folder from dolphin and then come back to the wine application to save my work.
