That fixme is probably harmless. Please provide steps to reproduce the problem.
You can reproduce the problem downloading the program free from the web page (http://www.voipdiscount.com), installing it under wine and running it. You don't need to override any library (which is an improvement with respect to older versions of wine). The program will ask you to log on as new user, which is easy, and try to connect, but it will never do it :( I am not sure if this fixme is the reason. That allows to see what part of the terminal output is between the order of connect and the error message. These fixmes should be the ones related to the bug.
