Happens to me under wine-1.3.24 too, but only if the "setup.exe" is placed on Read-Only NTFS. When i put the installer in my home folder (ext3), everything works. Found by accident ;) when i could not put the console output to NTFS. Adding proper log, as Artem's lack debuging symbol. This is my way to reproduce the issue. Who knows, maybe this is common for OR on ext3...
For me it crashes when I start it from ext4 filesystem.
