[Bug 27117] New: Quake III Arena demo installer spawns Wine File when setting up Start menu items

During a default installation in Wine, it creates ten files in C:\users\Public\Start Menu\ and ten Wine File windows appear. No Windows Explorer windows open when installing under Windows XP. But when trying to install in Windows XP or 8.1 there are 3 Windows Explorer windows are opened too (contrary to the bug opener). e.g.: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Quake 3 Arena Demo\Extras C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Quake 3 Arena Demo\Extras\Help C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Quake 3 Arena Demo The only difference I could observe was that native seems to check if there is already a Windows Explorer showing the path and just opens a new window if not. To me this bug seems either invalid, because native opens windows too (Except native opens 3 windows instead of 10). Or it is fixed as of wine 1.3.23 (first version opening Wine Explorer instead of Wine File Manager).
