[Bug 12249] New: Ultraedit v14.00a builtin MSI doesn't work.

After reaching the point where files are supposed to be copied, it just loops
and starts the install wizard over.
Works just fine with native msi and msiexec DLLs.

Confirming (didn't test native MSI though). After accepting the license, it 
brings you back to the first screen. Weird...
