The sound in Settlers IV is stuttering and appears to be playing several times.
Maybe a buffer is underrun? Also it does appear not to stop in the correct
times, i.e. the dialogue continues in the game, when it plays a second time.

This bug persists in wine 3.5 and occurs with both the demo version and the
GOG-version of the game.
