[Bug 22253] New: Total Commander: Scrolling with the mouse wheel does not work in Brief view

Scroll "down" with the mouse wheel. The scroll bar should go right, but nothing happens. Press PageDown to go to the end of the file list. Scroll "up" using the mouse wheel, notice the scroll bar goes left. But scrolling "down" still does not work.. In Ctrl F2 (showing full file details) there is a vertical scrollbar, and scrolling there using the mouse wheel works fine. Mouse wheel doesn't work in shredder classic GUIs ( http://download.shredderchess.com/pc/sc4/prg/myscl/SetupShredderClassic4.exe ) to navigate through moves, but it works in other chess programs / applications I use.
The problem with shredder chess maybe related to this bug or I should fill a new one?
Vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel works in Total Commander, only horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel (when the vertical scrollbar is missing) is broken. I assume you noticed something that does not work in Wine, but works in Windows, for Shredder Classic 4.
