[Bug 45195] New: Tekken 7 cyan colored flicker instead of background images
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45195 Bug ID: 45195 Summary: Tekken 7 cyan colored flicker instead of background images Product: Wine-staging Version: 3.8 Hardware: x86 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: haferfrost(a)web.de CC: erich.e.hoover(a)wine-staging.com, michael(a)fds-team.de, sebastian(a)fds-team.de Distribution: --- Ubuntu Xenial, Nvidia 396.24 Tekken 7 (Steam) shows a cyan colored flicker in place of some background images. For instance the Bandai Namco logo right at the start of the game is instead a completely cyan colored screen. At the main menu, the background image of Heihachi changes between the normal image and a solid cyan colored background. Last working version is wine staging 3.6. The issue appeared with 3.7 and is still present in 3.8. Downgrading to 3.6 makes the issue disappear. apt-get upgrading to 3.8 again makes it reappear. I'm using the Wine-staging packages from https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu xenial/main amd64 Packages -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. This bug will have a good chance to be fixed if you perform a regression test
It's a staging bug, so I'm not sure regression testing as such is going to be as helpful. Does the bug occur with main Wine (non-Staging)? Or does the game fail to run in that case? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Just as with staging, it seems to have been introduced between 3.6 and 3.7. Unfortunately I cannot do the linked regression testing. apt-get build-dep wine fails on my Ubuntu xenial because of version conflicts. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
