The field is not available and text isn't shown properly

I've downloaded the Swat 4 Demo installer from the official Swat 4 home page,
but I can't complete the installation under wine because, when the license is
shown, I can't choose the field "I accept the terms of the license agreement"
is not available even if I roll down the scroll bar. And one more thing: the
text isn't shown properly: lines aren't skipped (so each sentence isn't shown
entirely).
Note: A commentary from appdb shows that this problem happened for someone
else.

Please file a separate bug for the display issue. I guess that's probably
something in richedit.

I'm seeing this as well in wine 0.9.58, but it's fixed in git.
