The settings for this game are stored in the registry. And when changing the
settings in game they are not saved into the registry.

Settings are located at the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SKS\TheForest

I have same bug also apply edits over the registry in wine dont help anymore.

Hello,

the workaround for that was for me on Linux to start the game with `unset
LC_ALL`.

But i can not test if the issues is still there.
