Audiograbber requires an ASPI driver to connect to the CD-ROM drive to rip CDs,
but it cannot find it because Wine does not have this driver implemented.

Wine does, but you have to have scsi interface to the cdrom.

The Audiograbber FAQ, http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/faq.html,
says
it can also use MSCDEX as the grab method instead of ASPI.

I don't know the status of Wine's ASPI or MSCDEX support, but

all suggest that both of these interfaces need some loving.
Maybe Mikolaj will get a chance to look at them this
