[Bug 6505] WoW crashes using D3D

I've got this bug in OpenGL mode!!! The screen freezes and the sound stops playing. I can alt-tab out of the game and kill it with a task manager. Before WoW crashes it gets unplayable slow (about one second). World of Warcraft does NOT generate an error message.
