Please open separate bug for the install problem (missing dlls)
and give it the 'installer' keyword.

BTW, is there a free demo of AutoCAD LT 2004 anywhere?
(There used to be one at autodesk's site, but it's
been replaced by the 2007 demo.  There are several
books with demo copies of AutoCAD 2004, not LT;
those might show the same problems.)
