The problem may be much easier than what I thought. The file you attached was called "InstallCamCliCtrl.msi" but you are running the command with a file named "installer.msiInstallCamCliCtrl.msi". msiexec simply quits when the msi file is not found, which is what is happening to you. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
