Hello fjfrackiewicz(a)gmail.com,
The underrun happens when you have a game running.
Hi Lunknown, I tried running a regression test with my setup as-is. I used Wine 1.9.16 as the good Wine and Wine 1.9.17 as the bad Wine and I never saw the underrun occur but then again, I have pulseaudio installed with no option to switch to ALSA in Wine's configuration utility. I would install ALSA but I am wary of doing so only because I'd rather avoid any sound issues due to having different sound drivers installed... Please visit the link that Austin posted and see if you can pinpoint the regression with your setup and if you have questions, please post them in the WineHQ forums: https://forum.winehq.org/ -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41217 --- Comment #6 from Lunknown <SolisX007(a)yahoo.com> --- Hello fjfrackiewicz(a)gmail.com, I just tested the current wine-git. I'm not getting the ALSA lib pcm.c:7963:(snd_pcm_recover) underrun occurred on the terminal but the sound is still choppy. I will continue to do the full regression test. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
