Follow-up to bug #37919.

When I start a new campaign or shortly after a skirmish map is loaded, the game
crashes with "An access violation occurred and the program must quit." error
message.
In the terminal:
wine: Call from 0x7b43b3ac to unimplemented function
d3dx9_34.dll.D3DXFillVolumeTextureTX, aborting

Obviously, native d3dx9_34 works around the problem.
