[Bug 59195] New: Korean input error in Crossover using Wine 10.0
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59195 Bug ID: 59195 Summary: Korean input error in Crossover using Wine 10.0 Product: Wine Version: 10.0 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: sungmin.seo@icloud.com Distribution: --- Hello. I discovered and am reporting an error in Crossover and Wineskin using the Wine 10 engine. Korean is a form where consonants and vowels are combined to form one character, but there is a problem where characters are not completed before pressing the space or the right arrow key. When testing in Notepad++, the input cursor appears as a thick bar instead of a thin bar. I do not know if this information will be helpful. In the case of using the Wine 9 engine, there were minor problems, but there was no problem with character input. Please check this part. Sincerely, Sungmin Seo -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59195 --- Comment #1 from Austin English <austinenglish@gmail.com> --- Crossover bugs should be reported to Codeweavers. If Wineskin is based on wine-10.0, it should also be updated and retested in the recently released 11.0. It sounds like this worked in 9.0 though? If so, a regression test would be helpful: https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/wikis/Regression-Testing -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
