Starts fine for me with 1.3.6, I think it's wrong that this is reopened. Try with 1.3.6, if still fails try native comctl32 and if it doesn't help open new bug.
It doesn't start for me on Wine 1.3.6 either with native comctl32 or without it. Original problem with Treeview is solved back in 1.3.5.
