After terminating output with Ctl-C, following key errors appear in log: - 0120:err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0782D1B8: "GL_INVALID_OPERATION error generated. Failed to map memory for buffer.". - 0120:err:d3d:resource_unload Resource 07627320 is being unloaded while mapped.
