The installer is buggy itself - it consider non-existent files or files without
version information as recent enough. To work this bug around, just copy e.g.
ws2_32.dll fake dll to mfc42.dll (that would be v4.0.0.0 which is much lower
than version sysupe checks for).
I doubt we should create mfc42 dll in wine just to make this one program happy.
