Download Kaiser 1.22a (http://www.yadam.de/KAISER/kaiser.htm). 2. Start it. 3. There is no issue due to that console message. I just reported it because it said 'please report'. Feel free to close this bug report.

If you enter no user/company details and try to press next: 0160:fixme:edit:EditWndProc_common undocumented message 0xbf, please report fixmes aren't bugs, but this message has clearly been added for a reason.
