I'm Mike McCormack, and as I requested that any problems with the Microsoft
Installer (MSI) be assigned to me, Jonathan assigned your ticket to me.

I'm trying to collect information on MSI install failures to fix msi.dll.

Thanks for the report.  I will look into it for you, and send you another mail
via bugzilla if I find a solution.
