Tested and verified still exists in current git (wine-1.1.24-463-g4d35f3f)

Found and installed bde252.  Tested:

$ wine PROJECT1.EXE

fixme:int31:DOSVM_Int31Handler Real mode segment (14a7) to descriptor: no
longer supported
