I can't confirm that.

Vitaliy's patch and Borderlands are not working.Cant turn mouse 360°

wine-1.2-rc5
X.Org X Server 1.7.7
Release Date: 2010-05-04
2.6.34 kernel
Vitalies patch applied no errors during that.
