Um, my PageMaker 6.5 cd has a folder call PSDriver, and the README in that
folder says "This folder contains the files needed to install the Adobe
PostScript driver version 4.1.1. This driver is the latest version available as
of November 1996." 

BTW, I, too, started using PageMaker before Adobe gobbled up Aldus, and used it
off and on it for years as part of my day job.
