After upgrading to 10.0-rc1 something is broken.

- winefcg starts explorer but that's all. no window.

- "wine COMMAND" starts explorer but again, COMMAND is not started

- click on icon (I'm using virtual desktop) starts application and it runs

- in case of Battle.net.exe, when trying to start game, again, nothing visible

everything worked with wine-staging 9.22 (at least, it started, that I'm
testing after every update)

Probably the same as bug 57506, sorry about that. The fix has been merged in
git and should be there in rc2.
