This function is already implemented in current development versions of Wine. You're still using 1.6.2 which is pretty outdated, the latest development version is 1.7.33. After upgrading your issue should be gone.
The main Wine page lists 1.6.2 as the latest stable. Since I don't do betas, that's what I installed. Is 1.7.x actually latest stable? If so, please update the main page. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37754 --- Comment #5 from Sebastian Lackner <sebastian(a)fds-team.de> --- The latest stable version is still 1.6.2, but if you want to use the latest features you obviously have to switch to development versions (or wait till the next stable release). The new crash log is for a different issue: --- snip --- Unhandled exception: unimplemented function IPHLPAPI.DLL.CreateSortedAddressPairs called in 32-bit code (0x7bc54600). --- snip --- That is bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36092 (which is still present at the moment). -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. 1.7.x are current development releases, that eventually will turn into 1.8.x. It's not a stable release, so main page is correct. All new changes are made available through dev releases, it's the only way for you to try new fixes/features (and it's not called 'beta' by the way if that's important).
