[Bug 15850] New: mouse & keyboard not working properly (xinput.dll ?)

In main menu (create new game, options, [the one already fullscreen]). Mouse. it doesnt leave the center of screen. if trying ms directx dlls (native), then it has some small rectangle (~quarter of screen, lower left) in which only it works but doesnt leave it. Keyboard. only enter and direction keys are working, others - not, e.g. when entering options menu.
