Hmm, I guess Export Registry File does just what it says, export a file that
contains the whole registry...  I only meant to export everything below
HKCU\Software\Wine.  Anway, the relevant lines are:

[HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-4\Software\Wine\DllOverrides]
"notepad"="native"
"notepad.exe"="native"
