This applies to every wine app I've tested - not just winecfg as in the screenshot. This bug seems to have appeared in Wine 1.0. As I couldn't find a bug for this eye-catching drawing error in the database, I think it might have something to do with my setup: I'm using Ubuntu/hardy and tried all precompiled binaries of the Wine 1.1.x series. I also deleted my $HOME/.wine directory to have a clean wine configuration. Except there's 2 white dots that seems to make the controls look a bit odd.
