After reinstalling Ct-Art it works perfectly. I apologize for not trying this
before logging the bug. I installed Ct-Art using an older version of wine. I
kept upgrading wine, but I never reinstalled Ct-Art. This seemed to solve the
problem.

Thanks for the help. I will update the application db with this information.
