This is a regression. It displays correctly before commit addcf866cbb42309ccafa41e8424c3b80a00a7ba. Taken with the current git HEAD, commit b15ba7696bcff1106c2e357a7aa49b4a151b1623 (roughly 1.1.11). The fleet management screen should have "Command Cost: 36" and "Command Quota: 36" in one pane and "Command Cost: 56" in another. Instead, it has "Command Cost: 3" and "Command Quota: 3" in the first and "Command Quota: 5" in the other. In general the last digit is missing. Well, it pops up a message box saying "Application error encountered. A diagnostic file will be saved." with an OK button.
