The crash dialog with FoxitPDFReaderUpdateService.exe is gone now. The main application FoxitPDFReader.exe still shows this message: The "Microsoft Edge WebView2" component needs to be installed. But this should be subject of a separate bug report. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56884 --- Comment #3 from Bernhard Übelacker <bernhardu(a)mailbox.org> ---
The main application FoxitPDFReader.exe still shows this message: The "Microsoft Edge WebView2" component needs to be installed. But this should be subject of a separate bug report.
This is the proposed link for the installation of the WebView2 component: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=2124703 This downloads the installer "MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup.exe". It takes quite some time to work, but finishes. Afterwards FoxitPDFReader.exe is able to show PDF files. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
