[Bug 19152] New: SimCity 3000 Unlimited Black Main Menu

The terminal output has many (thousands of) lines with: fixme:d3d_surface:surface_convert_format Cannot find a conversion function from format WINED3DFMT_A8R8G8B8 to WINED3DFMT_X8R8G8B8 My best guess is that this problem is somehow preventing anything from being drawn. I get the same errors when running in windowed mode (virtual desktop), and fullscreen.
