I cannot launch Half-Life 2 (Steam version). Please check the attachment.

Your log says:

err:winediag:X11DRV_WineGL_InitOpenglInfo Unable to activate OpenGL context,
most likely your OpenGL drivers haven't been installed correctly

Please make sure you've installed the 32-bit libraries of the NVIDIA
proprietary driver.

Echoing what Andrew pointed out, you can see the line "Direct3D9 is not
available without OpenGL." which means your graphics card drivers aren't
installed (or the 32bit libs aren't installed if you're on 64bit).

Not a Wine bug.
