[Bug 4306] X-Wing Alliance doesnt render 3D models

I tried to debug this game, but so far I can only get into the hangar which 
seems to be rendered correctly, but the game does not react to key presses, so 
I can't start the actual game.

The hangar seesm to be rendered entirely using render target locking, except 
of a few elements which are drawn either using blits or d3d.
