Solvation of this problem, may be, very simple.
Library libgphoto2-2-dev was upgraded to libgphoto2-6-dev, but Wine don't see
that.
Maybe there are dependency wine1.6=libgphoto2-2-dev or something, should be
wine => libgphoto2-2-dev.

So Wine group should just fix the depedency while creating the deb-package.
Also. Saucy will be released tomorrow, so it'll be problem of actual
distributive, not 'testing distr' tomorrow)

Report it to the package maintainer. WineHQ doesn't build binary packages.

But the solution of this "problem" is simplier, than i think.
Just remove Ubuntu Wine PPA from system. then
sudo apt-get update && build-dep wine
works fine for me. Don't know. who build packages for wine 1.7.3 for the PPA,
however/
