So I can not test under 1.7 No one ever worked on this bug. It would be nice after two years if it got some priority. Can you look into it? I can confirm that this is still an issue in compiled
wine-patched-staging-1.7.51.tar.gz
But I no facilities for testing it in
wine-1.7.51.tar.bz2
I will forward this one to Wine Staging and ask them to have a whack at it.

If you click on it, nothing open, but the single minimized window disappears and both minimized bar at the bottom appear. It is not fixed until this is fixed:
