It's primarily (AFAIK) used for remotely helping users with trouble with their software. There is a demo version available for download after registration. The window showing the remote desktop can be displayed in fullscreen mode, which is extremely useful ;) This does not work under Wine properly: The window gets rid of its scroll bars (that looks correct), but it does not lose its toolbar etc. in its top part.
