Unfortunately clicking either results in the application getting stuck, no page begin opened in the browser and the attached repeating log on the terminal. I'm currently using wine-staging 7.9 from winehq ubuntu ppa. The bug occurs with wine-devel as well. Which now needs DX11 (meaning DXVK), but that's another story. If you add it to Steam as a non-Steam game, then clicking Sign In or Sign Up will start up your *native* browser, show you the login page, and then use the native browser to log you into the Windows Roland Cloud manager that's running in WINE. The sign-in link does nothing if: a) you use the wine package in Fedora's repositories, b) you just add it to Steam as a non-Steam game and launch it. It works (opens the sign-in page in the default native browser, signs you in to Roland Cloud) if you: a) use the winehq-devel wine package, or b) use Proton Experimental.
