https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31467 --- Comment #3 from Austin English <austinenglish(a)gmail.com> --- This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for two years. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.25 or newer) wine? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. So, does "abandoned" mean that it's never going to be fixed, or might someone else pick it up?
Someone needs to proof that the issue is still valid against development version of wine. And keep updating the bug until it's fixed in wine's side. It doesnt make sense to upkeep bugs that none is actively testing against up to date wine. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. So the resolution is correct in multiple senses. Regards -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31467 --- Comment #9 from Flexico <Flexico64(a)gmail.com> --- I just tried it again on Wine 1.6.2 and it works! I must have been using the development version (1.7.29) before, and that was when it crashed. I suppose this makes it resolved? =D -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31467 --- Comment #10 from Anastasius Focht <focht(a)gmx.net> --- Hello Flexico, are you "HappyTux", the original bug reporter? Did you test with the same AngryBirds release this problem was reported against? If you're not the original bug reporter how do you know it's the same issue since OP didn't provide much useful information? https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31467 --- Comment #11 from Flexico <Flexico64(a)gmail.com> --- That didn't occur to me -- I'm using the Angry Birds EXE installer v2.1.0 and had a similar crash as is described here, so I assumed it was the same program. It's timestamped as downloaded June 18, 2012; close to the time this bug was posted, so it's likely the same program. You're correct, though, that we can't know for sure, especially since the crash log has been removed from Pastebin. In any event, I got it working, so, huzzah! At the present time I have no problem, because the system configuration changes. The problem was established by multlib`s, if my memory serves me. In any case, the problem to me more irrelevant.
