I get something like this in terminal

make[1]: stat: marlett.ttf: Too many levels of symbolic links
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `marlett.ttf', needed by `all'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/nslw/Desktop/wine-1.1.40/fonts'
make: *** [fonts] Error 2

I try to compile on Debian Lenny. When I compile without your patches
everything goes fine.

What I do is:
1) apply your patches
2) autoreconf
3) ./configure --disable-tests
4) make
