Read more about severity levels descriptions there: https://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs#severity The attached backtrace shows that Wine 4.0 is in use. This version is too old for support. Retest with a recent wine (wine-devel) version (Current is 5.7). The process that crashes is named zf_cef, I presume that ZFGameBrowser is CEF embedded browser. It's affected by bug 32342. CEF requires some MS fonts that are not provided by Wine by default. Please run 'winetricks corefonts' and retest. Please report back here whether the issue is still present or not.
